By using the Dive Well website or booking a dive experience or PADI course, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. Submission of a booking form or payment does not guarantee requested dates or services until your reservation has been reviewed and confirmed by the Dive Well team.

Pricing

Pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes or fees, if any, will be presented during the booking or checkout process.

Certification Requirements

Certified divers must provide valid certification credentials from a recognized scuba certification agency.
 

Guests participating in PADI training are responsible for completing all required coursework, forms, waivers, medical questionnaires, and other prerequisites within the required timeframe. Completion of required training components may be necessary before participating in in-water activities.

Medical Fitness

Scuba diving is a physically demanding activity and involves inherent risks. All participants must complete required liability releases, medical questionnaires, and other applicable documentation before participating.
 

If a diver’s medical questionnaire indicates that physician approval is required, appropriate medical clearance must be obtained before diving.

Safety

Safety is central to the Dive Well experience. Dive Well Cozumel reserves the right to refuse service, modify or suspend diving activities, or prevent a diver from participating or continuing to dive if unsafe practices, behavior, medical concerns, environmental conditions, or other circumstances create a safety concern.
 

Dive Well Cozumel is a member of Divers Alert Network (DAN) and strongly encourages divers to obtain appropriate DAN membership and dive accident coverage before traveling.
